Hi, I have the fear of being tickled. I know it might sound silly, but the thought of being tickled really botters me so much.

I can't even sleep on my back because i feel like it would be harder for someone to tickle me if i was on my stomach. I can't put my arms up because i'm so scared someone is going to tickle my arm pits.

When someone tickles me i don't laugh because i really don't think its funny at all. I cry and scream and kick. I'm so tickleish that I won't let anyone touch me at all.​

Some women have a nerve system deficiency that makes them uber-sensitive to sexual stimulation. It can be so severe that the simple act of putting on a pair of jeans can cause an orgasm, and it's VERY debilitating.

I imagine the same thing can exist for ticklishness, as well.

Interesting finding there. I don't think it would be too far fetched to reason that beting ticklish would impeded sexual enjoyment. The sense of euphoria can be overwhelming and lead to a sensory overload that cannot be anticipated. Furthermore, not everyone's partners are anatomically as sensitive as the subject of the podcast.
