This has happened before - I have to do something special with JavaScript, but I don't know what.

What message do you get?

The emergency room has been dead for a while, so that is why that failed.

Usually this issue involves downloading and installing a new java plugin.

I try to sign into the chatroom and it says there is no active plug in? How do i correct this?

It looks as if your Java plug in has failed or been corrupted.

Go to Sun.com download one that fits your system and things should work.

That number only shows how many people are in the forum section that the chatroom code lives in. It doesn't mean any of them actually made it into the room. As the what's new message notes, the room is down, but we have alerted the chatroom host. Resolution time is not known.

They must be having problems at DigiChat. They usually answer tickets pretty fast.
