I was browsing through the threads and came upon Wallstreet's praise of Jeff's business professionalism and quick response time. I had a similar experience with MTP some months back, and I have to agree that the customer service I received was way above par.
On another note, I'd also like to thank TiB over at Realtickling for the recent help given me in an unexpectedly timely fashion. I had bought one of the 5 minute clips to download, and a server problem caused me to lose contact with the D/L page. I fired off a quick note to the support staff and got a response within minutes. The link to the D/L page then didn't work ( a problem on my end, not thiers), so a second request for help was filled professionally and just as swiftly. The fact that it was only over a $5 purchase shows how much they really care about their customers.
And on a last note, I'd like to send some Kudos over to Morandilas at MTJ Publishing. I have had the pleasure of working closely with MTJ on many projects and have always been treated with respect and friendship and not like a "business partner". We've seen MTJ grow from a company offering a respected, but solitary publication into what I believe to be the #1 stop for tickling entertainment outside of the video realm. All the best comics, fiction and artwork has been gathered in one place due to the efforts of a guy who really cares about the community and the people he works with.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank these three companies for selflessly taking the time to do what they do. We appreciate it.
