If only we had snow! We DO have Mr. Heat Miser performing his magic, courtesy of the Rankin-Bass animation company. And the MS-13 street gang has stepped up their activities. I don't know if there is any correlation.... but they are much worse than the MS-1 through MS-12 gangs were.
