depression update

Well that is good to hear that the abilify is starting to work. So the abilify has helped to stop the jerky movements? Is the abilify helping you with your depression? I would let your psychiatrist know that yeah abilify is starting to work -has stopped your jerky movements-if it has started to help your depression and fatigue I would tell your psychiatrist that-but definitely you need soon to tell your psychiatrist sadly knocking the wind out of you-thinking that means it is draining you energy wise-not really out of breath are you? What is going on with abilify that he gave you? Good luck with this please keep me posted-us posted on what is going on.

Please seek your psychiatrist soon as you can-let him know yeah abilify starting to help but that it is knocking the wind out of you-if it is causing you to be /feel physically and emotionally drained-still sad and not motivated to get out of bed-you need to tell him this.

What I mean by knocking all the wind out of me is I get tired easier so I have been going for walks to get more energy. Anyone have any tips on things that give energy?

I am really sorry to hear that lately you have felt so winded and feel like the wind has been knocked out of you-that is not good-never is good. Yet on the other hand while sad to hear that. It looks like you are starting to feel a little better-starting to cheer up a little bit here and there-if the podcast videos were a indication and I am glad to see /hear that.

I really do miss you-hope soon you feel much better. Keep up the great work on your internet shows-sure you will go far and do great. That is good that you are trying to take bit more walks so you can try to get more energy. However just don't overdo the walks, don't overdo it-don't push for too much too fast. You haven't felt well-been depressed for a while now-2 months now. It is going to take time-so remember to take it slowly ok friend. Miss you a lot. Hope to see more great videos-I like that you are working on trying to have more podcast videos that can range out to be creative, informative, helpful, and also a joy to watch and listen to-but most of all pod casts that can be interactive as well as entertaining. I really have missed chatting with you-seeing you so psyched up and motivated. It is really refreshing-great to see and hear this once again. I hope pursuing doing these internet tv shows helps successfully combat your terrible depression you have been sadly suffering for such a long time-helps keep your depression at bay-keep it gone for a really long time. I think this is what you have needed. Something you could feel strongly about-something that would really motivate you and encourage you-excite you-a goal-a career vocation you can be passionate about. I am really happy for you-happy that at last you have gotten this chance.

I know you are going to be great and you are going to have very interesting and great fun, informative, clever, and creative and entertaining shows. Well it looks like you have lost some weight. Hey no crime in that-that is great that you have a goal to want to keep losing weight. I imagine that as a result from that terrible depression you were experiencing for such a really long time-close to 2 months-sure you lost quite a bit of weight. I imagine for a while there you did not really feel like eating too much-from what you said-sounds like you wanted to sleep a lot, not really wanted to get out of bed, took it easy and relaxed online/worked some when you could on your online businesses on the computer, and did what you could to unwind and de-stress. I say go for it, think it is great you are doing these shows and working on trying to lose some more weight. It is really good that you have solid goals you wish to accomplish. 🙂 Keep striving and working on your shows- keep taking the abilify and I am sure the depression will be out of here soon in no time before you know it. STAND AND FIGHT TEASE! You can't let the depression win!! You must have had things you overcame in your life. Things that you accomplished. Look back on those things for strength. You have to change your way of thinking. Pills can only do so much. Trust me.

Start doing something that you enjoy doing. Even if it's playing video games. At least that gets you up. Then try doing some exercise. Do something you like doing.

YOU CAN DO THIS!! I know you can. You have the strength within you. Don't give in.
 
I got here late to this discussion. I'm going to take a couple of fairly long shots here.

Have you ever had a sleep study done? If you have obstructive sleep apnea, which prevents you from getting stage 4 sleep, that's going to make treating your depression difficult at best (it might even be a major cause). I'd check in with a sleep specialist ASAP (haven't used Angie's List but they might have some reviews).

I've just gotten a 'zine from an author who uses acupuncture for depression. You also might want to check with a naturopath for food sensitivities (which are different from allergies).

In any case, keep on keepin' on. We're here for you.
 
I believe that is what tickleteasing is doing. I believe he is working on doing these internet shows because he has fun making the shows and because he enjoys doing the shows. Long as he has something he is excited about and psyched up about-he can't go wrong-don't think his depression really stands too much of a chance. I think these shows are really going to help him kick the depression and will help keep the depression away for a long time. I think what he is doing is great-I agree with you grandizer-definitely don't let this depression keep you down, try your best to fight and stay motivated, try to stay positive, count your blessings, and enjoy doing the shows, work hard, but don't forget to relax and enjoy what you are doing. I believe with tickleteasing doing these shows-he is going to go far.
 
I am starting a new diet today so I hope the diet combined with the show will help the depression
 
Yeah hopefully that new diet along with doing the shows will help combat the depression. Just curious what kind of diet are you doing-you cutting down on portion size or what? Just wondering-hey good luck with that. You still trying to go for walks I hope so, that is really good to hear. Sending you hugs

I am sorry trying to be supportive but important you have other foods besides just banannas-have some meat and vegetables and a balance. Hope you know that. Well doing the shows is great-but besides doing this bananas diet for breakfast, portioning your food, going for walks, probably taking more naps, and working on doing shows, taking abilify, any other ideas to help combat this depression for good? I mean you can't do shows all the time lol you got to have a balance. You are planning to relax and unwind sometimes, though right? Hugs 😉

Well thank goodness I was hoping so, so what is your plan for the rest of the time lunch and dinner? Just cutting down your portions and fruit for healthy snacks, meat and some vegetables, little bread but not much, more water-little juice but not lot of juice or what? I know how much you love your orange juice and fruit punch, not totally cutting that are ya? Cutting down on fried food, eating more baked/grilled or what? I am just curious.

What I have done and I have found that helps is that I eat three meals breakfast, lunch, and supper. If I happen to miss breakfast which I do-which not recommend not a good thing to do, I know bad me lol. I have a little snack-sometimes fruit for a late brunch-many times some crackers and cold lunch meat, for lunch lots of times a sandwich/or if not a sandwich-one or two chicken patties or a microwave dinner-banquet got good ones-especially salisbary steak and fried chicken w corn and mashed potato ones-very good, sometimes an apple, depends, then I have supper. What I do is I portion my food, sometimes I take small second helping but most times I stick with one serving-I portion my food, space when I eat, yeah sometimes I have indulged but within balance-usually lots of times little bit during the weekend reward myself, do it a little bit, don't go crazy.

Usually what I do is I work on straightening up the room, do stuff around the house, get moving and walking around doing that, the paper route helps when there are times I have to get out and walk papers up to mail boxs, and porches-helps give me exercise. I have cut down a considerable amount on how much fried food I used to eat, tend to eat bit more vegetables now-don't eat as much sweets, eat bit more fruit now, toning down on my caffeine, for me I can't really give it up-if I do get pretty bad headaches. That is what I have done that helps-course when I worked at Mid-American lost lot of weight-moving around and cleaning so much. I still have a lot of weight-but I have gained a little back-but some I think got to be also muscle gained-arms and legs. Hope this helps.

However you still haven't replied-you do plan to also take time to relax and enjoy doing the stuff you like right besides just work and doing the shows right?😉 I hope so. Don't get me wrong-I am so happy for you and it is great you are so excited and on fire about doing the shows-however you realize besides the shows-talking on trying to kick the depression for good-all you have talked on-I am sure you have other things going on in your world like to share, fun topics also to talk on too right😉 It might help your depression also to relax and laugh a little too. I sure have missed your smile-like to see your smile make an appearance a bit more, so why don't you humor me 😉 That is great to hear that you have had lost 45 lbs on that banannas and water diet before-I think it is good you want to get back on track. But don't forget to smile and laugh-enjoy your life too 😉 I told you -I can tell looks like you have lot quite bit of weight-you looked good, looked a bit trimmer that is for sure from the last I seen you on your last podcast show-one in honor of Sam that I seen the other night on that podcast show you did the other night.
 
I am really glad to hear that. Oh hey by the way how did your Father's day go with your dad-what did you all do-did your sisters and brother in laws come up, were all your nephews there? So how did it go? Did you have a fun Father's day w your dad? I really do hope u relax and unwind-you are a very hard working and dedicated person when it comes to your online businesses and on working on these podcast shows-a great friend-you need to be good to yourself as well as being good to your family and friends-those you meet. Just hope you can share and let me see once again this fun lighthearted side I know that still deep down inside you somewhere. I really do miss that smile and hearing you laugh. That sounds like it was a really good and fun time. So you went to the movies with your parents huh, just curious what movie did you and your parents see? Did your sisters, brother in laws, or nephews come over? Did you like the movie?
