I just want to say that I have a disability too. However, it's a mental one and not a physical one. I know a long time ago, to make a long story short I said I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. That's a high functioning form of Autism. I actually went to see a neurologist back in March of this year, who was recommended to my by my friend who was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome back in 2002. After taking a variety of tests with him (such as drawing a picture from memory, reading a story and then answering questions about it afterwards, identifying how different shapes fit into each other, etc...) He then figured out after analyzing the data from the tests, that I have a Non-Verbal Learning disability.
Non-Verbal Learning disability is very similar to Asperger's Syndrome. It's where you have trouble reading non-verbal social cues and such. Have been going to a group called Collage since Aug. 2006 and it's been helping me with learning body language and things of that nature. Made a lot of progress there
