I hope I can say that here. If not, I'm sure the Mods will take care of it for me. :whip: :bouncybou

Anyways, we all know that women tend to go for assholes when in relationships, but do men tend to favor the Bitches? I just finished this book, "Why Men Love Bitches" and I disagree with some of the things there.

First of all, I would call myself a bitch. I don't wait for what I want, and go after it myself. I take care of me first, and then my guy. I speak my mind, and I want things "my way". I'm impatient, I'm bossy, I'm outspoken.........and those are the good things, lol. Probably why I'm strictly Lee.

Do men like this type of women? In my experience, yes and no.

So..............do you like bitches?

I go for very nice, sunny-personalitied (wow, I think I made that one up lol!) women. 'Bitchy' women, well, it depends. Stuck up women I make every effort to ignore.

Tamia, you are assertive about what you want and i dont see anything wrong with that. You are far from what i would call a bitch.I find you to be a very funny and caring person myself.

Hmmm.... I guess I DO like bitches. LOL

Actually, what I like are strong, independent people to be my friends and (when genders and chemistry align) lovers. I like to be challenged mentally, physically, emotionally, etc... and wishy-washy, spineless people can't do that.

Now, don't get me wrong: I like a woman who prefers the sub role in tickling and other BDSM play. (Tamia, you identified as a pure 'lee so I think you understand...)

But, once we are out of that space and back in daily life, in a relationship, I like a "bitch" (i.e. strong woman). Sure, when we disagree on something or want different things/outcomes, it can be rough. But when we are in harmony and on the same page, being with a bitch makes me feel like like I have back-up , someone to guard my rear, someone to actively help me in my daily struggles, instead of someone who is more passive and will simply cheer me when I win and bind my wounds when I lose...

Is this making any sense?

aggressive, assertive women get my attention. a "bitch", however, does not. and Tams...i totally do not see you as a bitch, just a girl that has her priorities figured out.

Glad I could help out... BITCH! :jester:

So... drop me a PM if you ever come near Seattle.... we'll get some coffee... 😛oke3:

I've known women who incorrectly characterize themselves as "bitches". I think the reason for this is that for some women, after the sexual revolution of the seventies and eighties, the term is a positive one, i.e., she asserts herself, etc. I'm sure that you meet this definition, Tamia.

I keep dating women who seem great in the beginning, but later turn into rabbit-boiling-in-the-pot psychos and I have to help them move on to the next victim. 😀

I SAID I was sorry about the bunny....GEESH! 😎

Barlow, I'm almost positive you are correct. Seems like the term "Bitch" gets a good and bad rap these days. Personally, I'm proud of who I am. I like myself, and I think that's what's important.

Thank you to my dear friends who say I'm not a Bitch, I guess there are just different definitions of it. Love you guys. :twohugs:

I agree with Buggy on that!!!!

However I've seen that men and women both go for the "bad" type!!!!

Hey Tam (ya sexy bitch!) :jester:

I think it all depends on the meaning you attach to the word. Now, I think I can BE a bitch, but in general, it's rarely in my nature. If you say something I find ignorant or wrong against someone I care about (including me) I WILL kick your ass. I don't think that necessarily makes me a bitch. I call that protecting my own and being a good and assertive friend. It's called self- respect.

But I'm not a diva-esque "look at me" drama queen. I hate those kinds of girls. Let's say we have a date, or you're throwing a party or something and you show up late, like 45 minutes or so and you can't claim "getting lost" as an excuse. I mean if you don't call and let me know what's up, I'm more likely to call you a worthless loser instead of a bitch.
Make any sense? Eye of the beholder, methinks.

XOXO

Weeeeell!!!!! Okay then. We're all just TMF-bitches!!!!!

Tamia, I consider you to be more sassy than bitchy, which is a quality I like in a woman. Say, whatcha doing next Saturday night???

No!

First of all I don't consider all of he stuff you said to be bitch, going after what you want, and not waiting for somebody to do it for you or give it to you is very cool. Looking out for yourself is important, but if your not taking the guys feelings into consideration then don't expect any different in return. Speaking your mind is good, but an unwillingness to compamise isn't. I wouldn't put up with the bossy and impatient crap for a secound. As long as a woman doesn't try and come between me spending time with my buddies, and doesn't insist on knowing where I am every second I would say you are pretty much a normal modern female. Once you start involving yourself to much in my "Guy Time" then you've jumped over Bitch and landed square into the center of the big "C".

There is a difference between a woman not taking crap from anyone, being strong willed and being a bitch

Goddess, that DEFINITELY makes sense, and you're an ass-kicking bitch, what better friend to have? :lovestory

Thanks, Steph! :lovestory

The big "C".......CUTIEPIE? :bouncybou

Unclebill, you've already turned down my first attempt at asking you out! 😀

Nope. Don't like 'em.

Which is kool, accounta' you ain' one'a dem! :Kiss1:

My definition of a Bitch is a person who is contrary just to be contrary and makes trouble just to be making trouble.

What YOU'RE talking about is a strong, independant woman. Of which you is one. I LOVE them! Wouldn't get involved with any other kind; their willing submission as a 'lee is just made more delicious by their strength and independance in all other aspects of life! :evilha:

And, the kind of bitch I'm talking about can be a guy as well as a gal. There have been times when I qualified. Even told people "Don't F with me, I'm on the rag!" (LOL). :jester:
Imagine a 6'1", 295 muscular pound BITCH with a full beard and moustache. Now THAT'S freakin scary! :scared: 😱 :yowzer:

I think we all know what a bitch is. I think we all know at least one.

There are, no doubt, men who love bitches - that is, women who are bitches to everyone but them.

To me, being with a bitch is a pain in the ass. It's like being with a SAM. It might be cute for a half-hour, and after that, it's just horrendous. And, of course, it can be very embarrassing, because it's embarrassing to be with a rude, arrogant, obnoxious person. Not to mention the fact that that kind of person REALLY brings out the dick in me. I just can't abide it.
