It's some odd (alleged) woman who does "model tickling endurance challenges" that aren't supposed to be tickle fetish based, but totally are. They're spread out across several different accounts, this is the only one I know off the top of my head.

The video you posted is probably the best though. Like most f/m, the bulk of these clips are made up of a guy sitting there getting poked and going "huh... huhu huh..huh" every few seconds.
