Careful, don't lump everyone by gender -
Somehow I think he was expecting his penis to be covered in a different kind of sticky substance. <_<
And I'm actually somewhat surprised at the reactions here. Most of the reactions I've seen are heavily on the women's side, saying that he not only deserved it, but deserved worse even. But I'm with you guys on the matter.
(I LOVE your Massive Malevolent McDonald's imagery, BTW -- that should be on every freakin' "Happy Meal" & televised daily on Disney)
It's not a matter of "women" vs. "you guys" ---
Unless you're speaking generally and I'm being too sensitive about it...
Hopefully some were kidding ---
I'd like to think most people, regardless, wouldn't hurt someone for "just" cheating
(again, as long as he - or she - didn't give them AIDS in the process...
without the gift of STDs there was certainly no reason for a physical reaction--)
I think as Chrisums stated, most people aren't thinking of the reality of what happened there.
Reading, incompletely as he noted, and/or hearing about something like this
is sortof like watching Roadrunner & Wiley E. Coyote -----
the violence doesn't seem real, and it's presented almost as comedy ----

There are no pictures of missing flesh, no video tape of him screaming when he couldn't get his gonads off his stomach --- I imagine that pulled a great deal too, gravity probably wasn't kind....
Or the near heart-attack he probably experienced throughout the process.
----- On the other hand, I've heard men tend to be more violent about cheating spouses,
or even just about ex-girlfriends they still wish to possess absolutely....
BUT maybe that's stereotyping too since women's violence may just not be reported as often, men might be too embarrassed (as well) to come forward.
This guy obviously didn't have a choice....
