If youtube boots your clips again, I'd say try Megaupload and/or Rapidshare.

Much less stress, since youtube will leave up some stuff forever, and your innocent clip gets yanked.

It's so arbitrary, I couldn't even tell you how they decide. There are clips with copyrighted music not uploaded by the record companies, but by regular guys and gals, that stay up for years, and others that are immediately removed. There are editted movie clips that have 10,000 dislikes, and stay up, and others that are taken down.
 
I would go further than that and just start using dailymotion! Youtube are nothing more than communists nowadays; gone are the simple days of pre google controlled simple, fair video sharing. Now googletube is just as bad as tv in terms of the ridiculous amount of censorship and removal going on; not to mention a pointless comment system that just gets abused by children seeking attention, and preachers!

I had an account of mine removed because I apparently broke copyright by using about 1 minute of footage from a film; yet I clearly stated it was from a film and who directed it!

Oh and cute girl btw 🙂

Simple they don't a machine does, in fact I think the only humans controlling youtube are developers; I wouldn't be surprised if google had an ai running it!

What happened with Tori's clip was youtube booted it for being in violation of their sexual content rule. I actually laughed. I have a dailymotion account ( http://www.dailymotion.com/south_atmo#videoId=xnomc9 ), but when I tried to up load Tori's Car Tickling clip there it said the clip was black listed. I'll probably do a rapidshare or mega-upload for it so people can still see it if they want to.
