Well all, sorry I have not been around too much this week. Family, friends, food and my kids have kept me pretty busy this week, and will until Saturday afternoon.
Right now the last of my 6 pies are in the oven. I picked up my FRESH turkey (not frozen, just killed, cleaned and plucked yesterday) this afternoon and have already started on preparations.
Yes, my marinade is setting, the bird is pre-seasoned. YUM YUM!!!
All in all, this has been a great week. And then EARLY Friday AM, that is right, I have a couple of lady friends (younger people with quicker legs....and nicer ones) to take me around and hit the stores in the AM, then a Bojangles run...yes I will be out on Black Friday. Gotta get them deals.
So anyway, just a note to MI FAMILIA here on the TMF.
