Tall or short, both characteristics lend something to the table. Tall girls tend to have bigger feet which allow for more granularity of tickling strokes. They can use their long arms and legs to immobilize you, and render you weak and helpless as their long fingers work your ribs and armpits.
Short girls have as many nerve endings as tall girls but they are more concentrated. Consequently, many short girls are just off the charts ticklish. On the psychological side, many short women have endured people treating them more as a little girl than a woman, and harbor great resentment toward this attitude. Tickling such women can spark some explosive reactions especially when it's non-consensual.
As lers, short women can go in for the low attack. Their smaller hands can penetrate almost any attempt of a guy to protect his pits. They can climb on top. They generally have more energy and are quicker. Being dominated by taller people their entire lives, many of them relish the opportunity to turn the tables.
