ok, ruler in hand I get a completely miniscule and insignificant figure when flaccid. Fully erect (most of the time spent on this forum) I get 6 1/4 ". After application of the cockring, and waiting 20 minutes, I get just shy of 7"

How do you answer this question delicatly?
