This has been bugging me for some time, and it may sound silly, but i simply do not enjoy watching porn. The only thing i enjoy watching is tickling. I just don't find watch 2 strangers have sex arrousing. Will this effect my sex life. Will i enjoy sex when i have it (im a virgin btw).
 
it was about 4 years between when i started looking at tickling videos and when i first had sex. i never watched porn. i enjoyed the sex....alot. wouldn't worry 🙂
 
Me personally, I don't enjoy porn either (aside from some really mild Skinemax-type stuff). Just speaking from my experience you should make an effort to have a sex life independent of your fetish (at least initially).

Hey man, rest easy. I was and still am pretty much the same as you. I never, ever, watched "regular" porn, and eventually I ended up having sex quite regularly and I functioned fine, and enjoy sex just fine. There is nothing wrong with you, and there will be nothing wrong with your sexual performance.

However, since you're a virgin, when it finally does happen you may find it difficult to achieve or maintain arousal or an errection your first few times, and this would be more likely due to feeling anxious, nervous, or awkward so don't chalk that up to something being wrong with you, or being related to not enjoying "regular" porn at all.

I used to think I had no interest in sex, only tickling. I wouldn't panic, if I were you. You're still a virgin, so you don't know that the two aren't really comparable (actual sex versus porn). Plus, I'm sure it's difficult to perceive how awesome something might be, watching someone else do it, when you don't know what it feels like.

Dude, I can't even take porn seriously. If I see two dudes going double-penetration on some chick, with an extreme close-up of their balls slappin' together, I find it difficult to contain laughter. When I see porn, I have to make fun of it (What the hell is with dudes smacking their cock multiple times on a woman's face, or ass after pulling out???). Also, the stuff they do in porn isn't really reflective of actual sex. A lot of what they do is for cinematography and appearance, not for actually getting off, like two people having sex would be doing (unless the scene's supposed to show that.).
 
Yep. I'm the same. Never enjoyed hardcore porn. Feels entirely too stripped of any sensuality. Always got off to tickling. I still enjoy having sex though, without any tickling.
 
No. Porn is exaggerated sex recorded in an artificial environment. Heck, it actually makes more sense that you're not turned on by it since you're not even in a sexual situation.

I had the same experience when I was first exposed to video of couples having sex. They generally seemed rather staged and bereft of emotional interplay, and those are the things that I liked best about my favourite stories and fantasies, whether they involved sex or not. I've found that some tasteful (and better-produced) sexual pornography does exist, but it's the minority.

I think there is emphatically nothing wrong with not enjoying video of intercourse, and I don't believe it necessarily correlates with someone's future sexual experiences.

Yeah, I used to be in your situation and had the same fears. I'm 22, have my fair share of the secks. I still don't enjoy any porn unless its somehow related to my kinks.

So don't worry. You can't accurately guage your libido based on what you like to see. It's unintuitive like that.

Like you, I've never enjoyed porn. And like you, I was worried I wouldn't enjoy sex. Those fears were quickly put to rest once I started. Also, it was a while before my girlfriend and I decided to have sex, but we made out (a lot) and I certainly enjoyed that. (Though it did help that she was ticklish.)
