I have for the past month been having bad dizzy spells, as well as bad chest pains. I am wondering if this is just stress or life in general. Is anyone else going through this right now?

You should probably see a doctor because there are way too many possibilities. You could have a heart issue or asthma or it could be stress, etc, etc. Only a physician can point you in the right direction, honestly.

Yep.

Stress, blood pressure and heart, are likely explanations, but please get them checked out as soon as possible.

You posted in another thread that you lost 46lbs; exactly how have you been losing that weight? If you followed a healthy eating and exercise program, then you have nothing to worry about in that area. But if you did some unhealthy things to lose the weight, then you have to pay the piper so to speak.

Follow the previously given advice of several and get yourself to the doctor asap.

I lost the 46 pounds over a 2 year period so its healthy. As far as how I did it I just went on a diet and lost the weight along with walking every day.

Please go to the doctor as soon as you can. I am really worried. Please just concerned and I want you soon to feel better-this is really not good, chest pains and bad dizzy spells for a month is not something to tango/play around with, please see the doctor. Hugs really am worried. 🙁:dropatear:dropatear:dropatear:🙁🙁🙁

OWwww...sorry of topic....I love that jumping bunny you have there:swayparrot:

As for the tread: glad you don't have serious health issues =) just try to relax a bit and everything will go back to your normal 😉

It could very well be anxiety attackes, but that said, everybody is pretty much right when they say go to a doctor and get it checked out. Stuff like that is not something you want to just leave.

Sounds like a heart issue to me. The heart for whatever reason could be not properly pumping the blood around, meaning less blood and oxygen to the brain.

Either that, or stress and the like, as you also think.

But who knows, I'm basing this on nothing!

Get 'er checked out, as has been said. No more time on the forum until you know for sure!

You said that you talked to the doc and they THINK it's stress? If they aren't checking to be sure, I'd suggest getting a new doc. These symptoms are not to be taken lightly. While stress alone is possible, there are too many other possibilities to play around.

Hey just want to say, really sorry about being so worried.🙁 I am glad and relieved to hear you say you were told it is just anxiety and stress-I am glad you are really seriously thinking of getting your medication you were given refilled-that sounds like that would be a really good step in a solid positive direction. I miss you, feel better soon ok, try not to worry too much-just rest and relax, don't work too hard-just take it easy and be good to yourself ok.
And from the sounds of what you said the other day we chatted, sounds like your heart and your general health is doing fine, so that is good, probably just anxiety like you were told. Congrats on losing 46 lbs that is AWESOME! :rainbowbounce::rainbowbounce::rainbowbounce::clap::clap::clap::clap::bunny::tickling::tickling::tickling:😉:couch::couch::couch::happyhop::happyhop::happyhop::boogie::boogie::boogie::toast::twohugs::twohugs::twohugs::twohugs::twohugs: I am so proud of you, awesome accomplishment, keep up the great work.

No idea really, but...

I agree, you should get a second opinion from a doctor who comes with good references from people you know.... an internist, a heart specialist, ideally maybe someone's who's both.... 😱

There are too many stories about people who've been misdiagnosed, given the wrong medicine, you can figure out the rest...

I might be wrong but ---- I'd also carry aspirin with me if I were you, :ermm:

as long as you're continuing to have bad chest pains ---- ask a doctor to be sure
but one of those can supposedly help save your life if you begin to have a heart attack, obviously thinning your blood....

Not to be a total hypochondriac but you might want to be familiar with the symptoms anyway, we all should be --- stroke too ----

Stroke symptoms are linked at the bottom of that page:

Hopefully neither apply, I'm sure stress is a huge contributor & hope that's it but again I'd agree another opinion or two is a good idea 🙂

thanks everyone I appreciate the concern but I have medicine for nervous stomach, I think its either caused by something subconscious or life stress in general. I just do not want to go in to details of things it could be here, to keep my life private you know. I am going to go lay down for now. I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with a nervous stomach or dizzy spells before?
