I am going to tickle feet that generally AREN'T ticklish. How can I make them more sensitive to my tickling?

john had some good suggestions...also try lotion. But use a lot more than normal. You want to leave a thin slippery layer of lotion on their feet and then use your fingernail or something like a ballpoint pen (possibly preferable without ink..I always knew old pens never die, they just become tickling instruments) to trace the lines on the sole of the foot.
Also, you could lotion them up good, and then put a warm pair of socks on and then leave it for about 30 or so minutes. Take them off (which is fun in itself
and then commence the tickling.
Another little personal trick (I cant give them all away...but Ill give you one more) tickle one foot in a circular motion and then the other in an up and down motion. It throws off the ability to sense whats comming and make sure you switch it up, exchanging one motion from one foot to the other, and dont keep the same pace.

Note : TklDuo-Ann had a good idea I never heard of previously. Too much sage could be bad, but perhaps a foot bath with the right amount of sage may work.

Get her by surprise as much as possible, and try peeling back the toes and tickling just under.

Stugots - this is my 'honeybabe', so my any fishing on MY part is usually from a boat.
Steph - anybody who has read my posts knows I'm an upperbody lover. We're always tickling each other's upperbody, and she tickles my feet. I found out that I'm very ticklish there. I used to tickle her feet, but she's more ticklish elsewhere, and we want to try it again. So no, it's not all about the feet.
MrPartickler - I probably AM too far gone anyway...
Red - I didn't write that they weren't ticklish. I wrote that they generally aren't ticklish. We're looking for a greater reaction.
Well, THANKS to everyone with the constructive advice. I know the lotion will work the best to soften her skin. It used to be softer, and that's got to be the first thing we'll start. THEN, I'll introduce the rest. Oh, yeah!!!
