This may be a bit morbid but still worth a mention I think. In the pre-credits scene of the episode "Perfect Storm" of Criminal Minds, the FBI team is analyzing a rape dvd that was sent to a victim's parents. While they're trying to profile the rapist, the dvd is playing in the background and there is a scene where the victim is hogtied and I swear it looks like the perp briefly tickles her bare feet. But it's hard to see with people moving and talking in the fore ground and the scene cutaway comes pretty quickly so I can't confirm it absolutely. Maybe somebody else can confirm with a future rerun of the episode (they rerun all the time on A&E.)
