I've only just started watching "People's Court" again (abrasive Judge Wopner had always turned me off) and this sort of penalty is the only thing I can think of that would make the show even better! It's is a good likeness of the fiesty Marilyn Milian; I think she'd favor this brand of hard justice! Nice guest appearance by Eric, too! The rosie sunset behind him is quite brilliant!
