So, I decided to be "adventurous" yesterday and try the new Burger King ribs. Yes, they sell ribs now. If you can call them that. These things are fucking nasty. The best way I know how to describe them is that it's like eating teriyaki beef jerky. And they didn't give me any sauce. That, and the damn combo I bought cost me $8 and change. The whole point of this thread is, that if you have even been thinking about trying them, please do not repeat the error of my ways. Expensive, salty-ass beef jerky. That's all these things are. Thankfully, I'm seeing reviews like this all over the web.

Ribs at a fast food establishment is a bad idea. I give you kudos for having the guts to even try them. The McRib wave was bad enough but those looked like exactly the way you described them. I hope you will soon have the taste out of your mouth. LOL!
I haven't been to Burger King since 2001. Before that, I used to eat their chicken sandwiches, and they gave me gas. In 2001, I actually got sick from their food once, before an important meeting, and, after that, decided to give them up for good. Luckily, in this town, you can get all you can eat fried chicken and chinese buffets, for about the same prices as you would pay at Burger King.

Burger King is the best eating establishment in the entire world... But only if you're trying to cure a stubborn case of constipation.
I can't eat fast-food anymore after watching that movie a few years back "super size me." It's awful when you realize how processed and loaded with unhealthy preservatives that food is. Save your money and cook a fresh burger or breast of chicken on the grill. Probably tastes better and hasn't been sitting out on the grill for 6 hours.
Ribs, or BBQ of any sort should never be eaten other then at an establishment specializing in same. That's not a guarantee of success but it puts the odds in your favor. Hint: If you ever walk into a business advertising itself as a BBQ venue and see a salad bar, flee to your car and drive off quickly. Nothing good can come by staying. I will grant an exemption to some Chinese restaurants. I've had some tasty ribs in a few of those.
mass, it's interesting you mentioned Super Size Me. I've never seen the movie, but, I have a friend who went to see it with someone. The movie actually made him sick to his stomach, and he passed out. He advised me to pass on it, and I have.
The only fast food I ever eat anymore, and it's rare, is KFC. I've given up BK, MC'D's, and Wendys.

Sadly, I knew a kid that did that when I was in high school. I feel bad for the poor guy or girl working the window that had to see that. It's not their fault the company gives them terrible food to serve.
I'll go to McD's for coffee or milkshakes, or sometimes fries, but I never touch their meat or poultry products after seeing that movie.

I can count the times I've eaten fast food over the last 10 years on one hand. My idea of fast food is subway or rallys; at least they serve real food there. Wendys if I really want to just go wild, but othewise I stay away from it.....don't know what's in it, how it's processed or prepared. No thank you!

don't eat fast food at all i deal with and get enough crap in my life don't need to be served it.
all childish joking aside its fast food, you cant expect much. Its super greesy and cheap food. There is a place in new jersey called cubby's that serves great ribs and seafood city in cityisland in the bronx serves really good ribs.
