Nest Okay....it's Monday afternoon,post nest! Where do I begin? First of all I want to say, Max, Jan, Bella, Andy, Dan, Ray, Tracy,...I love you all. You are some of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. Thank you!
I arrived Saturday afternoon, to the hotel just in time for the social. I called my new dear friend, Pat to come help me find the festivities...lol. You are a true gentleman, I can't say enough!
We joined everyone and socialized for a few hours, meeting some great new friends,and I'm truly sorry if I don't mention your names, I just can't remember, I'm in such awwhh! Plese forgive Trixie...lol.
I was escorted to dinner with Pat, Terry, Collin and the little darling who's name I can't remember, you know who you are Russia. We had great tickle conversation over dinner...lol. I lost my Margarita..lol but dessert was fabulous. Oh! What do those vanilla's know anyway.. .
Jan, Bella and myself drove to the airport to pick up Andy, with the horn blowing and the hot pink feather flowing out the window at the site of him.....not even seconds in the car and the tickling started in the back seat.....Bella and Andy, reunited, like they never were apart...lol, I will never forget this moment in time!
Even as we sat for two hours waiting for valet to find our cars..the tickling was still going on...lol. Thanks to Andy and Jan, my Saturn, not a ford was returned. Thanks everyone for being patient and waiting! Even you Mr. Pottstown PA.
Sunday....Nestday....lol, I walked up those red stairs, thinking, wow, this looks seedy! Once inside, it was like walking into a lee or ler's paradise....like a kid in a candy store, I didn't know where to begin.
The games began within minutes, laughter coming from all around this hugh playground. Inspite of my nose bleeding....lol, thanks to all who attended to my every need...Mike from Texas, you are a sweetheart...what more can I say! You were my gaurdian angle while I was under attack for the second time...I love you Man...lol!
This is to the Reverend....I owe you...lol, my memory is long...and I will not forget...
The foot massages were the best! Thanks to all who were ready willing and able to give My feet never felt better!
Monday Breakfast...it's a bitter sweet time. I miss you all and I wish the fun could never stop! I hope everyone gets home safely and can't wait to reunite again.

Just got back from retrieving my car from the Delaware st. Police impound lot.....what a weekend. I abandoned it on the side of the road and jumped in a total strangers car who just happend to be heading to philly. I'm sitting in the back of the guy's car going "am I making ALL the wrong decisions here or what?" Not as much fun for me as in years past but Nest is always a blast. Special thanks to Dan who came out and picked me up when I arrived about an hour late. Thanks also to all the people who worked themselves into exhaustion to make it happen. If you all need any help in the future with anything, I'm always willing to help lessen the burden. Wasn't really in the right frame of mind to be tickled or tickle for that matter, but thats whats so cool about nest; spectating is almost as fun as participating. 🙂 Take care all, don't let the post-nest blues get ya down. (hey Max,that could be an interesting song-"post nest blues"...I'm on it!)

For you women threatenin' the Danimal, g'luck. I've seen many try... Now, Boom can be swarmed. Danimal's just shy of juggernaut force, though. All that cuddly furry hides one big bear.

There are so many of you I wish I could have seen again. NEST is the biggest group of friends I know, these days. My lovely and talented wife and I will have to get back, one day. I just miss you people!

Last but not least is the host wit' the most, Max. I salute ya, sir, 'cause you've again brought together a huge gathering of us, and made our world a better place. One day, sir, we'll live to see a convention... Props t'ya, Max!

World's Cutest Couples - Duo, Venrays and Kwil & Lite. It just CAN'T be legal to have as much fun as you guys have! And Ann... the cookies... Mmmmmmm!!!! But I PROMISE I left some for the other kids!

Awww, shucks! If they made it illegal, I wouldn't be able to go on. lol We do this every day at home. (Just ask the neighbors!) Glad you enjoyed the goodies. I even got to have a couple cookies myself this time.

My feet are almost touching ground!

We got home yesterday afternoon after the flight delay. Other than me sleeping from Philly to Denver Danimal was getting me all the way from Denver to California! LOL BRAT!

JPie - I got Danimal. Monday night Terry, Dan and I hit the BBQ place. On the way home Danimal reclined the front passenger seat and I was sitting behind him. I found the spots and got him pretty good! But watching you get him Sunday was priceless!

This year was a big first! There were more men who "got it" than women! That was absolutely incredible! Every time I turned around another guy was "going down". I'd walk over to Drew being attacked by Tracy, Ann and Deb and just linger watching the scene until he opened his eyes, looked up at me and said something like "Oh S_it!" Music to my ears! LOL Then it was pay back time for RAY after him coming to Max's place last year while I was already in bondage. Pat got it, Howard, Collin, Viper, Kevin, Chris, and of course Andy. It was great to finally get CHRIS in bondage. I've tried to get him with Beth in the past and that guys is SO strong he was throwing us around like we were little lambs. And You can't have an official NEST if Andy doesn't get "GOT". And boy he did. But he didn't pass out this year! Even Drew70 got it and that was with him just getting over being VERY sick. I didn't get to get Jaime much except little tickles throughout the weekend. And Vadim I got a little and he sure got me!

I didn't get to get Lou (St. Louie) I was just too busy during the event to get everyone I wanted to get. 5 hours was not long enough!

Phineas - I understand your comment about gatherings are not for everyone. That's very true. I know a couple of people who felt a bit uncomfortable because they didn't know anyone there. It's impossible to introduce everyone to everyone at NEST just due to the situation but that's why we have the social the day before. People get to meet and talk. Lots of them get together to go to dinner or out to see the sights. That makes it so much more comfortable the next day at the big party because you go into the club knowing a bunch of folks. I do hope you'll come back next year because now you'll know some of the folks.

OK. Where's the Mpg, Tracy? LOL. After breakfast on Monday morning we lined up to take a group picture. Then when that was done Danimal acted like we were going to take another shot. He grabbed my arms up over my head and I got it in front of the restaurant! I can't wait to see how that turned out. It's probably just a blue blur!

McGyver - I told you I'd do anything I needed to do to make you comfortable to come to NEST. Little did I know it would be that DARNED ET (Evil Tool). I'm so sorry I broke it. But like I tell everyone... It's not safe to play with me if I'm not in bondage. I know my legs were kicking all over the place. I just hope I didn't hurt anyone!

Spenser - Thank you for the nice compliment on my tootsies! I try to keep them in good shape. I love that comment about comparing race logs! LOL Thank you my Racing Buddy!

I don't know if I posted this earlier but if so I'm posting it again. Funny things heard at NEST!!!

Saturday night Andy and I are in bed talking and trying to get to sleep when we hear Andy trying to get in the room. The room key is a bit tricky. You have to put it in and then push it in again. So when I heard Andy struggling with the door I yelled... "Shove it in harder"! Pat and I were roaring when we realized what Andy must have heard. I'm surprised he didn't turn and leave us alone! LOL I'm just still enjoying the idea that I got to sleep in a room with two handsome gentlemen that night!

Lite - The look on your face when I jumped on you and started smothering you with kisses was priceless! I hope the pics turn out! But innocent? Nahhh! LOL

Brotherhood, smotherhood! Women Rule! We got you guys SO Bad! And man was it fun! Right ladies?

Trixie! I mean Bratgirl LOL... I love that name for you! It was great to see you and Peter again. Boy you were such a tasty snack for all of us! LOL I'm just glad we were able to find you car...How did they get Ford out of Saturn! LOL

Terorizer - I just love you man! Thank you for the nice words. They truly touched me (pun intended! LOL) Thanks for taking us to dinner Monday! That place rocks! I'm going to talk to Max about going there for the social next year like you recommended at dinner. That's a terrific idea. I'm really glad we got to talk to the manager at the restaurant!

One more big regret!!! I didn't get to play with Big John. I actually promised him he'd be the first one to get me at NEST but that didn't happen just due to the way the day went. So John... Once again... I owe you BIG time! One of these days I'm gonna have to pay up and boy am I gonna get it.

Mike Keemer - you EVIL man you! Our play time was HORRID! LOL That bondage hold you had on me in the room... that's just WRONG! LOL But boy was it fun, I have to admit! You and Danimal against me? I was just doomed!

And Max - you know! I just love you so! I feel so blessed to have met you face to face back in '99 to find there are so many incredible people into this "sport" of ours through NEST. I love helping organize this stuff and I'm looking forward to more. Best of luck with the video. Brittany is SUCH a doll! I can't wait to see the finished product.

Well I really need to focus on other work stuff now so I'm gonna get going. I'll post more later!

My turn to chime in...



I think I will start with thanking Max and Jan for all thier hard pre-work in getting NEST ready for the sucessful event that it is.
I also will thank them for all of their work this weekend and to all the DM's who helped control the flying fingers!

I showed up for about an hour on Friday night after work and just hung out for a bit before the gang went to the Tannery to check it out.
It was great to see some folks again early on, just to chat and say hello again.

Saturday's Social event was really cool with spontaneous tickle fights all over the place but the best was getting to know everyone a little bit better, to chat with people I have known for some time to people I didn't know existed.
We were such a big group on Saturday that we took up two hotel rooms and the hallway inbetween and probably could have spilled into a third.
Saturday is great for just chatting and the occational tickle,
I got my Bella fix on Saturday 😉

Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!
Wow!! Were to begin.
The Tannery was a great place to hold NEST...lots of bondage tables, x-crosses, couches and a very popular sling swing...the only thing I felt that was missing a nice set of sturdy stocks...
but we made due

This years NEST sort of felt a bit like a roller coaster ride...you start off waiting in line to get in(walking up the red staircase was pretty cool), then checking the ride out...seeing who was there, walking around looking at all the bondage stuff, then the ride starts out slow, building up to that first major drop, waiting for someone to start a demonstartion...as JPie and Jpie and Venraya got us started...great little scenes and you could hear Venraya's laughter AND the shaking glass behind her, and then you are on the ride just taking it all in, the turns, the loops, Bella in a bird cage, you just enjoy the ride and then the ride ends and you want to do it all over again...

Just a few shout-outs....

To Jpie...I am sooo glad you were able to make it this year, you were great as both lee and ler...I think I may have to get one of those slings 🙂

To Ayla_ny...you have GREAT reactions when tickled and you have some strong legs...I felt like I was on a bucking bronco! 🙂

To BrideofDracula and Starwolffe...I loved our scenes together...I think my arms are still tired from all that tickling 😉 🙂 BrideofDracula caused me to come up with a new thigh tickling technique that worked well for the rest of NEST 🙂

Well I encourage you to try it, you will quickly find out you are not alone and like Collin, you may find answers to questions or like Phin...find out it is not for you.
But NEST is not a cliq, how can a cliq consist of 85 people 🙄 , it is just a bunch of ticklish folks that love to explore this awesome thing we call tickling.

Carrying on… … “the Tradition”

If there ever were a tradition of the Tickling Ethos, NEST is that tradition. It is not merely the tradition of playful and impromptu tickling fun, nor only elaborate and scripted rituals of torturous tickling endurance. It is a place and time when individuals, men and women from all walks of life and from all around the country and other even more distant locations come together to indulge in sensory, sensual, and even the slightly erotic activities such as we’d always been told we shouldn’t do as adults. Alas just for a few short hours, more truly a couple of days, but nonetheless not long enough.

We’ve had a chance to get to know each other from writing, but immediate interaction is so much more vivid and certainly personal. But having 80 of us very “different” folks in one room is an entirely different phenomenon altogether. There are some things that just don’t quite transmit from the monitor screen to reality; eliciting the desperate reactions of our wild victims by scrabbling fingertips across tender soles, an underarm, a side or a tummy. Having laughter forced almost insufferably from our throats by those fingertips, often more that one hundred fingertips at once! As Ann said, more fun than a grown person should be allowed to have.

I certainly didn’t feel I was a carrier of any tradition a short four years ago, when M and I attended our first NEST at Max’s. At least in this version (tickling kink) of alternative traditions, I felt the new kid on the block, moving into a new realm with respected members of an already established community of tickle fiends. The welcome was then as it is now, warm, gracious, and genuine. Today M and I count our fellow NEST’ers as good friends, and we do our best to extend the same welcome to newcomers to our community as was so well done for us when we showed up. {All of you, that we've all named, and even those few who's names haven't yet been jotted down here are just truly fabulous}.

We all of course met that one young lady flew in from the upper Mid-West who 'claimed' to be real new at this stuff, and her first gathering and all.... (smirk). She seemed like an old hand at this right from the start, didn't she!

It is one fine party, a true “rush” of laughter and joy; and yes, a certain special sort of not easily describable ‘intimacy’. Doing all these things we aren’t really supposed to be doing, as adults, and with our own very special group of friends. It just doesn’t get much better than that.

[M was just --so-- disappointed that she'd finally had to crash on Sunday, but was ever so glad to have spent some time at the 'meet and greet' on Saturday. She should be back to 99%+ very soon.]

Many of us have felt for a while an urge to grow the whole movement of tickling socials, and yet it’s grown slightly and slowly. NEST itself is a rock solid foundation, and from that foundation I think we can grow this notion outward into other parts of the country, and more frequent times during the year. As Chris M said, we should be able to get things going at least up and down the close by I-95 corridor (Mid-Atlantic states).

We don’t need to preach to the folks who attend NEST year after year. We all know how great it is. What we hope to do is to encourage others in our local communities around North America, and yes Europe and other neighborhoods as well, that these fests are achievable, and the rewards immeasurable. Even the gearing up and anticipation and the post event winding down are memorable times for us. So if I were asked today if it’s time for some of us old gray heads to retire and hand it all off to a younger crew yet… and let them “Carry on… the Tradition” without us? Not a chance. Not for a long time to come. But they can certainly join the party!

We’re also going to be turning up the wick on our tickle fest in Maryland in July. We’d like to see it get to be another large star of folks tickle calendars as well. As the days get closer we want to post more notices about it both here in the discussions section, and pointers to the gathering in our Tethers ‘n Feathers group section under gatherings. As we mentioned at NEST, our location in Maryland has room for over a thousand tickling fanatics in one large convention hall!

Three of the people that I had dinner and many memories with, Dan, who gave me the afore mentioned ride home, and of course, Jan, who guided me along the road to attending the event...I wish I could have been there!

Tracy...without those pictures, I could almost believe it was all a dream!

I'm still recovering from driving, but what a trip from beginning to end. Kudos to the organizers (Jan and Dan and Max et. al.) who always do such an amazing job to ensure a safe and fun time is had by all.

I'm glad I was able to get away and enjoy the company of old friends like Ray and Tracy, Ann and Drew, Kwil and Lite, Shem and Nightfall. And it's always nice to meet new folks. As others have already commented, this year, we gals took care of business and managed to eke out a little revenge (eh, Drew? you don't owe me...your tab is still running. And Ray...if only there were more time...but I'm sure Tracy will take care of you in the interim!). It was fun watching and fun participating on both ends. And Jan and Lee's contributions didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Thanks again to all who made this weekend possible and such resounding success as usual.

i know this post is a bit late, but when i got home i found out that i had a nasty virus/spyware/adware attack on my computer that had me offline until now. well, i had a great time last weekend. it is always great seeing the old tickling gang as well as making new friends. Max and Jan did another fine job putting this event together...and getting Bella while she was in the birdcage was incredible!! man is she strong for such a tiny person...i almost got my ass kicked by a tied up girl!! lol And Sandee...wow! i'm surprised that for someone claiming to be a "ticklee" and a newbie to gatherings, you made an impression on me! i've never been broken like that...i'm still sore from all that laughing. but i will get revenge so look out!!
