Do you like making speeches in public, such as best man at a wedding?

No I don't but I do enjoy writing "The Friday Email" which I send out to all employees at my company every week.

What nationalities are you?

My mother's parents were born in a small town, Kolomeia, which is now in Ukraine but was part of the Empire of Austria-Hungary when they were born there (both in 1893).
My father's parents were born in a city, Salonika, which is now in Greece but was part of the Ottoman Empire (Turkey) when they were born there (both in 1887).

Amazing how wars keep changing national boundaries. The Greeks reconquered Salonika (and renamed it Thessaloniki) about 1912. Austria-Hungary was on the losing side in World War I and was punished by the victors by being broken up into many independent countries.

I consider myself neither Ukrainian nor Austrian nor Hungarian nor Greek nor Turkish. Just a Jewish American.

Currently, Edge is the best besides me.
