i tickle my mother in law quite a bit, she is in her early sixties, but she really looks like maybe her mid to late fourties, and has the softest feet i have ever touched
 
I was 12-14 at the time so I don't really remember but I think she was in her 40s. I remember her feet were calloused which kinda killed it for me but she still seemed ticklish. It was just a quickie though.
