If you look at the regristration dates by the name, you can tell. August 2001 for my "official signing up"...I think yours is September of the next year.

I don't usually pay any mind t'the feather levels unless it's the joke of the moment. I just notice them when they happen. I'm sure with my...talkative ways...lol...I could rally up some feathers if I tried!!

Hmmmm, there's an idea...then...who to use 'em on~!~!
