Problem/confusion

Hi guys, I never normally post, I'm pretty quiet.. but I have a problem that maybe you experts can help with! I love tickling.. tickling pictures, stories, videos...even the word has an effect on me. It's mainly an erotic thing for me, I know it isnt with everyone. The thing is I dont seem to be ticklish. How can something I don't seem to feel have an effect on me? I'm not totally numb, I can feel it a bit, but I read/see all this stuff about intense ticking and a crave it, but how can I when I dont know what it feels like exactly? Is it maybe that I've got mixed up and I'm a 'ler instead of a 'lee? but I'd rather be a 'lee! and am I making a fool of myself by asking these vaguely rambling questions? I'm just finding it hard wanting something so badly that I dont seem capable of responding to.. does anyone have any advice for me? please? Thanks for taking the time to read. (ps. Hmmm.

When was the last time you really suffered an assault of the tickling variety. Often times you don't realize how ticklish you might be until you face the full brunt of it. I suggest going to a gathering, or finding a willing participant you are comfortable with, and let them explore. I've never met anyopne that is absolutely not ticklish anywhere.

^ I agree. Most of the time you just dont realise the full extent of your ticklishness until someone takes you by surprise. That being said, it might also be a case of you being tickled by the wrong people? I'm pretty ticklish in general, but i find I'm even more responsive to it when someone I enjoy being tickled by tickles me...or someone who's really skilled at it. Some ppl just know exactly where to get ya.

I would suggest giving ler'ing a try too, you never know, you might like it more than you think. There's also a few simple ways to enhance your ticklishness: baby oil, blindfolds, tickle tools such as electric toothbrushes and make-up brushes. All of those usually have a good effect.

Well there are certain "methods" that a frequently posted about how to make someone more ticklish, but I'm not sure it would work if you're not ticklish at all to begin with.

What were the circumstance of when you were tickled and felt nothing? Was it a significant other or just some random friend?

Sounds like you're a real sub to me. Don't despair: even if you aren't that ticklish, there are plenty of other ways you can surrender control of your sensations. That's probably what you crave, above all.

As the others have said being taken by suprise, different areas, a long tickle etc may prove if you are ticklish or not.

But even if you aren't then embrace it, you can have a lot of fun and bring a lot of fun to others with it. I'm not ticklish but I have a heap of fun, you just have to work with what you given and embrace it.

It's a possibility that they aren't using the right touch. Some folks, myself included, are only ticklish to the proper type of touch. The rough, digging in touch that many use will just hurt on me...and annoy me if they don't adjust it when told. But, get me with a light touch and you'll drive me nuts.

Or, it could be that you need to relax into it more in order to fully feel and enjoy it.

Or, you may simply not be ticklish.

There's also the possibility that you're blocking it subconsciously for some reason. That could be anything from being uncomfortable with the situation or person to some past experience causing you to retreat from it.

Have you tried playing with different folks or in different situations?

I used to be really quite upset with myself that i wasnt ticklish. That was untill i met my girlfriend and we started playing together. Its hard to discribe but ive become and are still getting more and more ticklish with every play time we have. I never thought i would but i swear i fear her nails now lol!
Im not sure how much of it is my body learning new signals or my mindset telling me its tickling. All i know is that this time last year i wasnt ticklish and now my friends are killing me XD

Give it time and some nice tickly people and im sure you'll find the feelings your after 🙂

Try bondage and a blind fold. If you can't see, it enhances your sensations. The bondage just makes things a little more exciting and that feeling of no control is awesome. Oils and lotions can help also. I am sure you are ticklish somewhere. It just needs to be found and exploited.

Hi guys, sorry for not responding in so long, I got kinda embarassed and chickened out. Plus my life went a bit crazy, and what with one thing and another.. well you guys know how it is! In reponse and in no specific order.. I have tried blindfold and bondage, and yeah maybe there is an association there that is blocking me. I am not totally numb to it, maybe you're right and someone isn't doing it right. I guess it is a mix of situation and such. I guess I am a 'lee cos it's the helplessness and such that I enjoy.
