Your at a bar with another person from the tmf, and the person from the tmf decided as a joke to walk up to someone else at the bar and point to you saying, you won't believe this but that woman over here thinks she is a leprechaun and get this you can have three wishes if you tickle her senseless.

Whether THIS scenario would elicit laughter (or maybe just an awkward grimace) from said female, I cannot say.

I'm not necessarily qualified to answer this either but even from my perspective I think women would have a very understandable WTF reaction. Its pretty random, uncalled for, and awkward; not anything that I'd recommend for anyone to do period.

Bizarre! I am not female, nor a leprechaun, but I am a member of the TMF and even as a member of the TMF I think i'd be utterly baffled if this happened to me, if I was the TMF member at the bar, or indeed the stranger at the bar.
Could be a great giggle between all parties concerned if everyone had the right sense of humour, but even then I can't imagine any tickling resulting from it!
The female TMF member you were with at the bar would probably never attend a bar with you again, unless she'd previously agreed to the game and it was merely an excercise in having a laugh at the strangers expense, like a prank phone call/hidden camera type scenario.

It's not hard to guess how females that are so totally objectified tend to react. Them leaving on the spot is the BEST outcome.

But it doesn't even make any sense to begin with. I'd wonder about the reaction of the "someone else at the bar". That's like going out with someone from the Van Cliburn music forum, walking up to someone at the bar and saying "You won't believe this but that woman over here thinks she is Gustov Holz and get this you can have three wishes if you tighten her whippen flanges." It's nonsense AND comes out of nowhere.

I think if it was someone you knew well then it could be a funny scenario. The stranger is going to know it's a joke... If they don't well then I guess there really is no hope for the human race. If there was any tickling I'm sure it would be a quick burst have a laugh and it's over.
Like I said in case some missed it, you would want to do this with someone you know. So you understand their comfort levels and sense of humor.

I agree with the general consensus of....not a wise thing to try if you ever want to see the girl again, unless as CassandraMarie points out, you know her well and have a laugh about it. Additionally, I also agree that the other person probably would see it as a joke and laugh it off. That as backdrop, I relate to having the crazy, random, little thoughts about interesting tickle scenarios, but they are usually best left being shared only with the person you are with to enjoy a laugh or even play it out but not with random people you do not know... 🙂

I am going to go ahead and say it one of my good friends tickleshotel(Laurie) was in my head when I made this post. I somehow imagine her loving the described scenariou providing the guy was cute. Laurie has a sense of humor and even in the past when I have said the wrong thing to Laurie she has always been quick to forgive and laugh it off. With her amazing sense of humour even if I offended Laurie by doing this I am sure she would laugh about it later.

We were talking about a walk up and tickle not a full blown strap her up and ride the tickles till she's senseless. That would be too much.
Plus in a world where we don't walk around with out kinks displayed you never know. You may have inadvertently stumbled upon a potential play partner.

Yes but we have both assumed that this third person at the bar is a PERFECT STRANGER.

And what would it say about such a person if they acted as though this situation, which is obviously just a lame joke/prank, were a LEGITIMATE opportunity to grope a strange woman? Not even a hint of consent has been given by the female in this scenario. It's the principle, not the AMOUNT of tickling that's the issue here, surely?

Anyway, as the scenario is hypothetical, I don't think we need to get too worked up about it! 🙂

[Posted 07-12-2014, 09:31 PM]For the past 6 months I have gone on Ellen Degenerous website and written her about 80 times regarding a personal matter that I won't go in to. In addditon to quite a few of my friends writing on my behalf. I say personal because I would rather not say unless she responds basicly something I want her help with. Now I have had a lot of people tell me that the chances of Ellen calling me are about the same as me winning the lotttery. I have also heard people say they have computers that filter out the letters to determine what to read. Whats interesting is I spoke to a producer of Dr Phil and she said Dr Phil gets hundreds of letters a day, so I am not sure how many Ellen gets. In other words what do you think is my chances?

For a final verdict perhaps you should ask Ellen DeGeneres's opinion of this sort of thing next time you continue your correspondence with her about the above-mentioned and presumably unrelated "personal matter"?
