She's referring to a 1976 movie called Alice in Wonderland: An X-Rated Musical Fantasy which was made by the producers of Flesh Gordan in 1974. It was a slightly upscale production from the days when porn chic was still around and featured actual musical numbers.

I'd heard about it for a while because the girl who played Alice was Kristine DeBelle, a former Playboy Playmate who starred in the legendary awesome movie Meatballs (1979) with Bill Murray, and then went on to a moderately successful mainstream career until she retired in 1990.

After the beautiful but evil Mesopotamian goddess from Canada pointed it out, I started doing some research and I found a few sites of info on it:
