Six Toes On Each Foot

I just read this at Wu's foot forum, but, as we are not allowed to discuss male feet at that forum, I figured I'd post it here.

A member of Wu's was discussing how he knew a girl who had six toes on each foot.

The only person I've ever heard of with six toes on each foot, was a relief pitcher named Antonio Alfonseca, who pitched for several teams, including the Braves, and Phillies, during the 1990s and 2000s. Alfonseca supposedly has six fingers on each hand, and six toes on each foot. There is a certain name for his condition, but I don't recall what it is.

Have any forum members ever met a person who has six fingers on each hand or six toes on each foot?

I just went to the encyclopedia, and found out that Mr Alfonseca's condition is called polydactyly. His nickanames are supposedly "The Octopus", "The Dragon Slayer" , And "Six Fingers".

I think it would be very interesting to shake hands with someone who has this condition.

polydactylism is the proper term for this condition, I believe. Or polydactia, or polydactyly.

That was a complete myth which came about from a photographer who took a photo of her where a shadow gave the impression of six toes.
Marilyn actually had some exceptionally beautiful feet (along with everything else).

Sorry to bump this thread. Thanks for posting the barefoot pic of Marilyn, Tony. I dont think I'd ever seen her bare feet before. From the picture, it looked like she had some especially delicious soles.

I'm not entirely sure - but I know that it was true. I saw it. I think it had to get sewn shut when he was a baby or something.
