Freebird, Lynard Skynard. Not only was it played on the radio ad nauseum, it seems to have been covered by every (bad) garage and bar band in the world.

Stairway To Heaven, Led Zeppelin. Even Neal Sadaka covered this.

More Then A Feeling, Boston. Wore out it's welcome after about six months.
