I just happened to find this. I'm not sure where it's from, but I'm guessing Asia; the audio isn't the best, and I don't recognize the language.

I found out the game show name! After trying to see through that crowd for the name in the vid and with some research, I found out that it's called Penting Banget. An Indonesian show meaning "Really Important". Here's a quote from tv tropes.

"In an Indonesia Game Show, Penting Banget! (means: "Really Important!"), there are four challenges. In each challenge, the team who loses must have one of their members being tickled by an octopus (which are actually a bunch of hands popping out of the board)"

look on the bright side. You have the show name now. You search for it on youtube you go other people being tickled at the end. I'm assuming anyway.
