Today after a long year of waiting in an adoption process I received word that I had been assigned a baby girl. My little princess was born Nov 18th and weighed in at 6lbs 10oz 19 inches long. She will be called Amanda Rae. My husband, son and I will depart Jan 22nd for Colombia to pick up the newest member of our now completed family. I will update everyone from Colombia as I will be in communication from down there as I go through the 3-4 week process.

Oh how absolutely WONDERFUL dear!!! I am sooooooo happy for you!! 6lbs 10oz 19 inches, eh?? That is EXATLY the same stats my baby girl had when she was born!
