The Continous Story Thread

Xenon said " hmmmm good ideal. Though Maximus is sort of right. Wow can't believe I am agreeing with him again lol"

Minst said "I have a solution there is a forest path that is only slightly longer that should take us to the Elven Archer but should shield us from view cause it has many trees."

 

[Edge]

"The long route?" said the Giant. "That sounds like a brilliant plan. Maybe the longer we make her wait the more she'll start to wonder if we're even coming."

Xenos said " i like this. I am sure she still thinks we will come but at least she won't know where we are at."

Mortem said " i think I have a blur spell somewhere.... that should help make us hard to spot."

 

[Edge]

Maximus said "trying to blur a giant really would be magic."

Mortem laughs "I will try. Lol. We will see how it goes."

 

[Edge]

The Giant waited to see if Mortem could figure out his spell. In the meantime he pulled out some trail mix. Maximus said "hey don't hog all the trail mix."

Mortem says " Ok I found the blur spell. I am g9nna cast the illusion spell then the blur spell. Not much will appear to happen but I will let you know when I am done so we can hi tail it outta here."

Mortem cast the spells and as he said not much appears to happen except for a dark purple glow that lasts for a sec on each spell.

Mortem says "ok all done let's go"

The Giant followed along. He was wondering if the spell worked. "I guess we'll find out if it worked if things stay quiet now."

Mortem says "Yea we won't know till we see how quiet thing stay. In the meantime we shpuld make haste to get to where we need to. That will help to make it harder for the witch to find us"

 

[Edge]

The group picked up the pace. Suddenly they heard a rattling in the woods. The Giant got startled. "What the heck is that?"

A tall sensuous Elven Lady appears fro out of the woods.

"I am StarBlossom. Elven archer/warrior. I sensed you were looking for me."

"We are indeed" said Mortem. "We are on the trail of a Drk Shadow Covenant witch"

"I thought as much. The forest is in fear of her prescence. We must deal with her."

Mortem says "so you will help us then."

StarBlossom says "of course. You are stuck with me know"

Maximus says " Hi I am Maximus studly slayer of evil. "

StarBlossom says "Oh my what a adorable sword. I bet someone needs a good polishing... dont they....unless maybe you don't want a sexy Elven Lady shining all up ... all over in all your spots "

Maximus says.. " ummmm... uhhhh"

Hyacin says "Wow first time he has been at a loss for words"

 

[Edge]

The Giant groaned. "Maximus we have serious business here."
Maximus said "What? I'm always serious and I'm seriously interested in what she's saying to me."
The Giant said "We appreciate your help Starblossom. I feel I am the cause of this somehow."

StarBlossom says " From what I can gather from my forest friends this witch is casting spells like crazy. So you are likely more the victim then the cause."

Minst says "An honor to meet another friend of the forest. I am Minst ranger. This is my friend Cuddles"

StarBlossom says "Oh what an adorable little bunny. He is so cute"

Maximus sighs "I lost out to a bunny... darn"

StarBlossom says "I didn't forget about you, you sexy sword. I am gonna hold you down and polish you real good. Hope you are not ticklish"

 

[Edge]

The Giant laughed. "Maximus is getting more attention than all of us."

Maximus said "And well deserved."

The Giant said "What should we do next Starblossom?"

Star Blossom says" Not sure. Is your party complete"

Xenos says "no we need to pick up the Air mage Spreen"

StarBlossom says " well my suggestion is to get him fast then before the witch tracks us."

Xenos says "Agreed"

 

[Edge]

"Where do we go for the Air mage Spreen?" asked the Giant? "Lead the way."

Xenos says " well we will have to leave the cover of the forest but he is not far once we do. Lefts keep up a good pace and get him. Then decide how we want to attack the witch"

 

[Edge]

"Leave the...cover...of the...for...for...forest?" the Giant stuttered nervously.
"Come on big guy don't be a chicken. Women love macho guys like me." said Maximus.

StarBlossom said " Hmmm I know a sexy sword that needs extra extra polishing, "

Hyacin laughed "Don't encourage him"

Maximus said "See the ladies like a studly guy"

Xenos said "Don't worry. We won't be out there long ,. Just like enough to pick up Spreen"

 

[Edge]

The Giant got his courage up and said "Let's go" and started leading the way into the forest. Maximus said "Do you even know where you're going fearless leader?"

Xenos said "Well he is heading in the right direction. He does have a unique sense of things."

Argentum said " We all have our gifts, sometimes it can take most of a lifetime to figure out what they are. "

 

[Edge]

The Giant kept leading the way proud that his new friends were confident in him (except Maximus).

Xenos said " We are making great time. We do need to think of strategy though once we have everyone assembled. A disorganized party is a loving party"

Argentum said "Yes we need to figure out how to assault the witch"

Obsidian said " How we attack kind of depends on what she is gonna do. Anyone have thoughts on that?"

 

[Edge]

The Giant said "The best offense is a good defense. I think the witch is going to come right at us and we must be prepared. If we can withstand her onslaught we can wear her down and then retaliate."

Verdis said "Well I can kelp a lot making magical defensive barriers"

Argentum said " Excellent we need the warrior types up front so mages and archers have time to attack. Oxxen, Me, Minst and The Giant"

Obsidian says " Save the Pixies as a secret weapon to surprise the witch when she is down"

Mortem says "i can cast some golem spells to keep the witch at bay and shore up the defense"

Xenos says " Excellent everyone. We can keep thinking on this. Can't be too prepared for a battle like this"
