Great minds think alike, my good friend. 😀Same here.![]()
Indeed they doGreat minds think alike, my good friend. 😀

Could be a symptom of Diabetes. Diabetics like myself are constantly hungry. Make sure your blood sugar isn't too high and perhaps get your HbAic checked. May not be anything but good to be safe.An enigma: Why am I hungry just one hour after breakfast?![]()
I'm happy to report that my last glucose measurement was 84.0 mg/dL, well withing the normal range of 70-99 mg/dL.Make sure your blood sugar isn't too high
Glad you have such good numbers.I'm happy to report that my last glucose measurement was 84.0 mg/dL, well withing the normal range of 70-99 mg/dL.
The only reading outside the normal range was carbon dioxide.
It was 19.0 mmol/L, where the normal range is 20-29 mmol/L. I have no idea what slightly low carbon dioxide means.
Diabetes is sneaky. The early symptoms are very subtle like hunger and thirst. My numbers were always high like 230 to 250. My grandma hit over 400. Anyways glad you are healthy. I always warn people cause you don't want to go down the road I did.My family has a history of Diabetes too. Mainly on my father's side. They are estimating that soon almost 1 in 3 people will be diabetic or prediabetic. This is mainly due to bad diets.Yes, I get a blood test that includes glucose every six months because I have a family history of diabetes. My father got it in his early 70's and my brother became prediabetic in his early 70's.

I haven't tried it yet.Do you guys ever use stevia?
Although generally safe to consume, stevia may cause problems in some people, including nausea, bloating, decreased blood pressure, and potential impacts on the liver. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers stevia leaf extract safe for consumption, and it is likely safe for most people.
Thanks. I think I will avoid it.I never heard of stevia, but I found this:
I wish that search engines were unbiased in presenting the good and bad about what is queried, but I don't believe that is true.I think everything will cause problems for some people. That's why I love the internet but google any topic, food, subject, person etc. you'll find good and bad. I think smoking might be the only exception (probably find nothing good about it).
Seems nothing is unbiased anymore sadly.I wish that search engines were unbiased in presenting the good and bad about what is queried, but I don't believe that is true.

Very sad and true. 🙁 🙁Seems nothing is unbiased anymore sadly.
Yup. Tolerance seems to be in short supply these dayx.Very sad and true. 🙁 🙁
Exactly. Never use to be this way.Hate everyone and everything that is different from you or believes different than you seems to be people's mindset.
