It's funny that as you get older some siblings you become closer with and others you grow farther apart from not just in distance.

Besides making you self reliant (which is good), it can also make you lonely (which is bad). I would have liked to have a younger brother or sister.

Not sure. Probably to prolong the vacation experience.

Some to be together with their children the last week before the children go back to school, some just to take a vacation that ends in a holiday that doesn't cost you a vacation day.

I get sadder when Chridtmas is over. Always sems all sorts of gppd sruff is suppose to happen that never does.

The new academic year at Fordham is underway. Undergraduate classes started yesterday. That's usually very sad for some faculty and some students.

I liked undergraduate college a lot. Was a lot of fun. Course I am odd lol.

You are odd because you actually wanted to learn there in college and enjoyed your courses.
All too many students treat it as a 4-year vacation funded by their parents, with courses as an unfortunate nuisance.
