That is true. Florida has similar advantages, as does Nevada.

Florida has a great climate, which I would prefer to NYC.

That's why I don't even think about New Hampshire which has no state income tax and also no sales tax.

Yea Montana and Wyoming get pretty cold too. Even though they are nicer in terms of taxes I think.... at least compared to New York or California
