The Facebook Movie

Eh. We saw the previews the other night. I'd consider checking it out once it comes on DVD. But, not worth a trip to the theater. It'll likely do well. But, I doubt it would do THAT well.
 
Sounds like that rich kid who made facebook just wanned some more attention...I have facebook acount only cause all highschool kids had and made me too get it...now I visit facebook only to play bejeweled on it =p It is not worth making movie out of it
 
The guy who directed it, David Fincher, made Se7en, Fight Club, Zodiac, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and is in the process of doing the Hollywood version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Might be interesting.
 
I see movies in the theater often. My best friend enjoys doing so, and so do I. We saw the previews for the Facebook movie yesterday, and I'm probably going to see it. It was the only preview that looked decent to me.

Then again, we also usually go to matinees, because of his days off, and night work schedule, so we usually only pay $7 to get into a movie. I also dont buy refreshments, unless I get something free with my Regal card. five to six bucks for popcorn or a soda is too damn expensive, sorry.

I'm the same way. I only go to matinees. Which here is like around $8. And I only buy refreshments if I get them for free with my Regal card.. yay for that card lol...

However I have no interest in seeing Facebook. I don't think Facebook made any contribution to the world. There are ALOT of social networks that came before it. It just did what they did, maybe made a few advances in the social networking. But Myspace is just like facebook except that Facebook is more boring and simple than Myspace (but that was another convo, let's not get into that.).. I don't think Facebook is worthy of a movie. Plus Justin Timberlake is supposed to be in it.. and I'm already planning on seeing Yogi Bear which he does a voice.. I don't want to have to suffer thru seeing him in something else. 😛.
 
No. The monsters are nameless, faceless hordes that find out and attack young women that posts pictures on TMF. Before you see them, you can hear in the distance "feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet...feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet...".

Then the doors come breaking down.

Movie ends with all the men getting into a vicious argument over safewords, distracting them just long enough to where some 14 year olds post a foot tickle video on YouTube and are not propositioned into doing disturbingly sexual "dares" as a consequence.
