with the bad luck tony stewart's had the last few weeks. where do you think he'll get things turned around? myself,if not before it will be at indy. he's run more laps there than anybody else racing ( between irl and nascar) and is defending winner.also what do you think his chances are of not making the chase?it happened to jeff G. last year and he's the best driver out there.( my opinion )i know if lk70( and maybe a couple of others) reads this she'll be shaking her head and going"your full of#$&*% check yourself into rehab pal.
Last year was a very odd year with both JG and JR not making the chase. I imagine they'll both make it this year though it's by no means a sure thing, especially for Gordon.
Tony will make it I think but I don't think he's likely to win it. I think that belongs to Johnson or Kenseth.
But more importantly, it's MARTINSVILLE weekend baby! Me and that man o' mine hit the road Friday night to go see ol' DW drive the Aaron's Dream Machine. This might be more exciting than NEST!

Jimmie, while I can't like him as long as he's with HMS, has improved his attitude this year. Maybe coming out from under Jeffie's wing a little bit.
the more previews i see of talladega nights, the more i think this is going to rank right up there with burt reynolds, stroker ace and last as long as larry the cable guy,s movie. there has been few good movies about nascar. 3,days of thunder, the last american hero are good that i can think of.
did tony try to take out 07 on purpose? no. it looked like both cars were loose and when tony flipped him the bird his car got away from him a little. i don't think he should have been penalized for it. i do think edwards deserved being penalized. it.s a cheap shot to punt someone in the ass on pit road. anyway tony had a good come back and jeff G. had a good run. now on to indy!

Earnhart Jr. is on the outside looking in. Tony Stewart is 10th in the standings; hopes he drops to 11th..... That would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, Duchess, The General was a pretty fast car which lends itself to Nascar speed, which has a lot of Daisy Dukes in the stands at races, therefore, it had absolutely nothing to do with Nascar, but she stood out for many male Nascar followers. And with no race to talk about.....................
Y'all are very Nextel Cup-centric. There most certainly IS a race this weekend- the Busch series is running in Michigan. And if there's no Cup or Busch race, there's almost always an Arca race. Come on, boys, are you race fans or what?
