Yes, Arizona and Nevada are the obvious choices nearby. Nevada has the advantage of no state income tax. 😀 😛

Yea a friend of mine bought real estate in Nevada for just that reason mils. Though Antarctica has no taxes either I think. 😀 😀 😛
