I have to be honest...
...I haven't read the pages in between, but it seems this thread started off talking about the thread and is now on the subject of bunnies attacking and vanquishing their foes. Now, as the bunnies are part of the thread now, is it OK to discuss them? Or would it really be going off topic?
Plus can anyone tell me, succinctly, just how we got from a thread talking about itself to talking about bunnies and kurchatovium - can you look deep inside your soul, look yourself in your mind's eye and know that you haven't violated your own rules?
Personally, regardless of the soul searching, I think it's a great thread. If I may get back to basics for a moment, I'd like to applaud both its length and it's thread-like nature. It has all the classic hallmarks of a thread whilst being unlike any other thread which to me marks it out as great. I suspect that the thread may have been lost during the course of the thread and I suspect the precise point of this loss of thread will be the subject of a thesis in a future PhD. Nonetheless, the person completing this particular PhD would be a professor of threads and this in itself confirms once again, as if it needed confirming, that this is indeed a thread, and a good one at that as professors don't tend to waste their time studying things that have nothing to do with their PhD subject, or are crap, or both. Therefore, the very fact that a professor of threads could consider doing a PhD on this particular thread, marks it out as a particularly fine thread.
I'd like to thank you for your attention and allowing me to contribute to the aforementoned thread - a fact which I may well mention on my CV (or resume as the Americans would have it called) and now back to the trenches with the bunnies.
