I ate at a few Boston Markets and the ones I ate at were not all that impressive. Least the ones out here.

I thought they were OK for what they were trying to be, a fast food joint with healthier food than McDonald's or Burger King or KFC. That is, roast chicken instead of fried chicken. 😀 😛

Well the food was OK the main problem I had with them is it took forever to get your food. I mean if you are going to be a fast food place then you got to get the fast part down to art. LOL 😀

Absolutely right, if the service is slow it defeats the entire purpose of the process of standing in line and placing your own order to speed things up. 😀 😛

Yup. I think the problem was they only had like one person there to carve the meat, serve it up in a sandwich and get your sides and ring you up. 😀 😀 😛

Yes I think they are cutting back on help. Fewer people working at any chain means slower service. 🙁
