Yes GODSENSE 5.0 did a fantastic job as well. 😀

What I love is they will tell me everything is wrong at my end. All the rest of my internet is working fine but of course instead of telling me their servers are down they will make me do a hundred different things to "fix things" at my end.

Earthlink is not the problem. Earthlink is working fine. Its my virus software that is not updating cause Eset servers are probably down.

Usually its pretty good. However its only available Mon-Fri 6 am to 6 pm. Also since this is holiday I doubt they will be open tomorrow either. 🙁 I have started a thread in Wilders Security forum where Eset has a section but again since its a holiday its unlikely I will get many answers.🙁

It is not unusual at all and to be honest I rather they keep regular business hours and keep the help in the good ol US of A then farm it out to some other country where no one knows whats going on. 😀
