Yea spring and fall are the best usually. Summer causes problems if it gets way to hot and then of course winter has the most storm problems.

I beleive there were some Doom Assasins and Banshees guarding these facilities. If we could just hit the Doom Assasins now that would help us out. The Banshees will be a much nastier battle.
