You have to keep as limber as you can though otherwise it gets worse. At least for me thats the case.

(You are welcome. I seen him talk too, I honestly cant stand it for more then a few minutes before I feel the need to hurl stuff at the TV. Since I cant afford a new tv I change the channel quickly. 😛 )

Yea I think you are right. Seems he has been having lots of long days as of late. At least he is getting work though so I suppose that part of it is good. 🙂
