Well its kind of like putting cops on the subways or buses you dont need one on every bus or train at every moment. Just enough so that people have to watch thier behavior cause they dont know if they are being observed or not. 🙂

Yes it does seem to be a younger crowd then when I first came in. So it makes it hard for us middle age guys to connect if you know what I mean. 😛

Thats not too bad. They always called me salaried exempt. 🙁 Which means you work whenever they tell you and no overtime or weekend or holiday pay. 🙁

Salary pay has its good and bad points

Good when you don't work more than 40 hours a week Bad when you do 😀 😛
