There's a free program called Photoscape, that my buddy Krazie referred me to! I have a rather expensive program, that isn't very user friendly...but Photoscape puts the fun back into photo editing! They have a really cool, simple to use GIF template! The actual picture, SPU with the different teeth and glasses was made in Corel.
