The tech I talked to for the TA/Petro chain says they can't come to the truck stop to fix the equipment unless the truck stop manager gives the OK

I will say this for TimeWarner Cable of NYC. When they have a service outage, they do grant a credit on your next bill. 😀 😛

When our cable is out for a long time sometimes we get a refund.

After Zoddy goes outside his truck and cools off....which may take a while because he angers very slowly so he's probably really mad....I think he'll tell us what is going on.

When I get really angry, I just have to work it out before I can think clearly. It passes though.

The corporate will be getting a nasty e-mail from me. Why the bloody hell they just won't tell the techs to come to the truck stops and fix the stuff is beyond me.
