What I do now is remember what my body told me. I ate a lot of delicious fried onion rings once and then my esophagus felt as if a volcano had erupted in it. 😱 So I went easy on the fried onion rings thereafter. 😀 😛

Yes. Indian, Mexican, Szechuan, Korean, and Thai. Now I have to go easy on those spicy foods. 🙁

I never liked Indian Food. Always gave me indigestion. 😀 I like spicy food though like Thai, Chinese, Korean and Mexican.
