The heart with 0.5 before and after it should appear within 10 seconds; the smaller decimals take a while but you should see the 0.1 heart within a minute. 😀 😛

Yea none of the decimal ones show up at all here even after several minutes.

Could be the server where I am at. Not everyone runs the latest version of HTML and it might be the latest version allows decimals for the marquee function. 🙂

Yea its a problem on the net. Website designers sometimes have problems setting things up so everyone sees the same thing. With all the different versions of Windows and Mac OS as well as all the different browsers things can be difficult. 🙂
