Where was I? Ah, identification. Well, this first one is easy, 'tis a Tiagon Box. A really old one too...curious things, these boxes. They contain the anguish and sorrow of souls who have died an unjust death. When released in the name of good, they exact revenge upon the wicked, tearing the essense of what evil they are directed against to shreds and banishing it from this plane. Only then can they be at peace. It's not a very nice thing, to be sure, but it is the only way those souls can rest.

And here we have what appears to be a first-edition of the Encyclopedia Cosmologia. Still in the original tongue too. T'was made so long ago that there was only enough in the Cosmos for one volume. Funny to compare this to today, where the number of volumes approaches ten million with no signs of slowing down and the Encyclopedia employs billions editing alone. 😀 But why would Ahmmmm be guarding this old book...unless...well, there is a legend that speaks of an ancientsorceror whose name escapes me. He was the first editor of the Encyclopedia (A very ancient sorceror indeed), and some believe that he hid powerful spells in his entries. It is said that only one pure of heart and mind can see the spells (Which explains why I could never find them. :blaugh: ), which apparently spring forth from the pages to one worthy of viewing them. Knowing that old nut, I'd not discount him hiding something within these dusty pages. 😛

And this cross here...it is a special one. Forged by an ancient sect of monks, it was. They dedicated themselves to producing the purest metal imaginable, a pure blend of form and just aura. The first monks failed, and were consumed by the fire that erupted (Building a forge next to an active volcano was a bad idea, especially when that volcano was thrown out of balance by their forge. 😛), but over the succeeding generations it was developed. What the 210th generation of monks finally created was a metal so holy that mere light reflected off of it could sear the flesh of greater demons and vaporize ones of lesser level outright. Once made, they could not decide what to do with it. They asked Ahmmmm, who happened to be visiting (He had friends in the sect) what he thought they shoulr forge, and he immediately suggested a cross. The monks thought this sensible and shaped the metal into a great cross of white. Their task done, the monks had no need for the cross. They figured, what better place for a cross than in a church?, and gave it to Ahmmmm for safekeeping. Surprising that he forgot about that one...he used to tall stories about the fates of unfortunate demons who wandered near his church in the old days...😀

I recognize some of the other items, but names escape me. Perhaps you'll find better luck than I in my old lists of lost treasures. Every time some artifact of great power or mystery disappeared over these many eons, I kept a log of it; what it did, what it looked like, etc. I must depart for a trip to the horribly cold north soon, so I'll leave a copy for you to peruse. You might just find the answers you seek.
