I downloaded some books that were PDF.I want to copy a pic,but it says I need Adobe Acorbat 9 pro,or Adobe Acrobat Pro Extend 9.

Not sure what that means?

Pro sounds like you need to pay for something. There is a free Adobe acrobat reader though the free version may not let you copy pics though. 🙁

Thats a very good way. There are a number of screen capture tools. I so metimes use SnagIt from Tech Smith. 🙂
