What gets me is........................This decal maker made a certain set of marking for this one Sherman tank in Polish use. But that Sherman has a different style commander's hatch for the turret. That different style is not made as far as I know. WTF?

I guess that you can make other models, but it will be disappointing if the firm in Scotland doesn't have it.🙁

I doubt it. 🙁 The only thing I can think of is,if someone has a 1/48 model of a Churchill tank that has that type of hatch.If they would be willing to make a copy of it in resin.
